This page sets out the specifications of the Wield Platform: the Platform Access options Wield offers, the parameters of each option, and the rules that apply to the use of the Platform. It is the document referred to in Section 5.2 of the Terms & Conditions. The specifications in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Wield may update the specifications from time to time; updates apply prospectively to purchases made after the update.
1. What Platform Access includes
Platform Access gives you access to the Wield Platform — Wield's proprietary software environment for working with live market data. On the Platform you develop and express market views, test them against real market movements as they unfold, and receive analytics and structured feedback on how those views perform over time.
Every Platform Access option includes:
- Access to the Platform through wieldhq.com and Wield's interfaces
- Use of Wield's proprietary engine and analytics
- A workspace configured to the reference scale of the option you select (see Section 2)
- Feedback and performance analytics tracked against the workspace parameters
No real assets are bought, sold, or held on the Platform, and no order placed on the Platform reaches any market or exchange.
2. Platform Access options
Wield offers Platform Access at five reference scales. The reference scale is the notional dollar amount your workspace tracks against; it determines the scale of analytics, the parameters in Section 3, and the Access Fee.
| Option | Reference scale | Access Fee (INR) |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | USD 10,000 | ₹6,600 |
| Tier 2 | USD 25,000 | ₹13,900 |
| Tier 3 | USD 50,000 | ₹27,500 |
| Tier 4 | USD 100,000 | ₹46,700 |
| Tier 5 | USD 200,000 | ₹75,500 |
Access Fees are quoted in INR and paid in USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20) through the payment processor at the point of purchase, at the exchange rate displayed at checkout.
3. Workspace parameters
Each Platform Access option is configured with the following parameters, which apply to the workspace for the duration of access:
| Parameter | Tier 1 ($10K) | Tier 2 ($25K) | Tier 3 ($50K) | Tier 4 ($100K) | Tier 5 ($200K) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reference scale (USD) | 10,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 | 100,000 | 200,000 |
| Performance objective | 8% | 8% | 8% | 8% | 8% |
| Maximum loss | 10% | 10% | 10% | 10% | 10% |
| Maximum daily loss | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% | 5% |
| Minimum active days | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 |
Definitions used in this table:
- Performance objective — the level of positive performance against the reference scale at which an objective is recognised within the workspace.
- Maximum loss — the maximum permitted loss measured against the fixed reference scale. Access ends if the workspace value falls to or below the maximum-loss floor, which is the reference scale reduced by the maximum-loss percentage (for example, at a USD 25,000 reference scale and a 10% maximum loss, the floor is USD 22,500). The floor is fixed at the start and does not move as the workspace value rises — as the workspace value grows, the buffer to the floor widens.
- Maximum daily loss — a cap on how far the workspace may decline within a single Indian Standard Time (IST) day. The IST day (00:00–23:59 Asia/Kolkata) is the window; the permitted decline within that window is sized at the maximum-daily-loss percentage of the reference scale (for example, 5% of a USD 25,000 reference scale is USD 1,250). If the within-day decline reaches that amount, access ends (see Section 5). The window resets at the start of each IST day.
- Active day — a day on which you express at least one market view on the Platform.
4. Rules of use
Your use of the Platform is subject to:
- These specifications
- The Wield Terms & Conditions
- The Wield Acceptable Use Policy
The Acceptable Use Policy is the primary source of conduct rules, including the requirement that the market views you express on the Platform be your own.
5. What ends access
Your Platform Access ends in any of the following circumstances:
- Your workspace value falls to or below the maximum-loss floor for your tier (Section 3)
- Your workspace declines within a single IST day by the maximum daily loss for your tier (Section 3)
- You materially breach the Wield Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy (consequences are set out in those documents)
- You request termination
When your Platform Access ends for any of these reasons, you have used the Service for the period during which you had access. Refunds are governed by the Wield Refund Policy.
6. Updates to these specifications
Wield may update these specifications from time to time. Updates apply prospectively to purchases made after the update. The specifications in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase, except where an update is required by applicable law, in which case the law-required update may apply immediately.
Wield publishes the current specifications at wieldhq.com/platform/specifications. The version and effective date at the top of this document identify the version in effect.
