1. About this Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the conduct rules for using the Wield Service. It is part of your agreement with Wield, incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions. Capitalised terms have the meanings set out in the Terms & Conditions.
These rules exist to keep the Platform fair and its analytics meaningful, to protect other Users, to comply with applicable law, and to let Wield operate the Service sustainably.
Wield's approach to enforcement is proportional. Minor and first-time issues are addressed with notice and an opportunity to correct course. Material breaches result in suspension and investigation. Serious or repeated breaches result in termination. The framework is in Section 9.
2. Account integrity
2.1 One account per person
Each individual natural person may hold only one Wield account. The account must be created and used in your own name, with your own contact details, on your own behalf.
2.2 No account sharing
Do not share your account or your access to the Platform with anyone else. The market views you express on the Platform must be your own, not those of a friend, family member, mentor, or paid trader acting in your place.
2.3 No nominee or proxy accounts
Do not create a Wield account on behalf of someone else who is the actual user. Do not allow another person to use your identity to register or pay. This applies regardless of the relationship — including family, employer, or commercial arrangement.
2.4 Accurate information
Information you provide to Wield must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, manipulated, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Why these rules exist
Your use of the Platform is personal to you. Account-sharing, nominees, and inaccurate identity information undermine the integrity of the Platform and create compliance risk for Wield and its payment partners.
3. Conduct on the Platform
3.1 Your market views must be your own
The market views you express on the Platform must reflect your own analysis and judgment about market direction. You are free to use research, charting tools, and signals services as inputs, and to discuss approaches with others — but the views you express on Wield must be yours.
3.2 No coordinated activity across accounts
Do not coordinate with other Wield Users so that the same market views are expressed across multiple accounts. Group submission, copy activity where you mirror another User's views, and coordinated entry or exit timing across User accounts are prohibited.
3.3 No exploitation of price-feed timing or Platform infrastructure
The Platform uses public crypto market price data. Approaches designed to exploit the specific timing of the price feed, gaps between the feed and live exchange behaviour, or technical characteristics of the Platform — rather than to express genuine views about market direction — are not permitted. Examples include latency-arbitrage approaches that target price-feed delivery timing, and approaches that exploit a known bug or limitation of the engine.
If Wield identifies patterns that appear inconsistent with genuine market judgment, Wield will contact you to discuss your approach before taking any other action. The standard is whether your views reflect genuine analysis of markets, not whether they conform to a style Wield prefers.
3.4 Use within the Platform rules
Stay within the rules of the Platform set out in the published specifications. Breach of a terminating rule ends your current engagement on the Platform under the specifications disclosed at purchase, not under this AUP.
4. Use of automation
4.1 Personal automation is allowed
You may use personal automation tools — scripts, alerts, custom strategies — to assist you in forming and expressing your market views. The views implemented by your automation must reflect your own strategy and analysis, configured by you.
4.2 Third-party signal services and copy activity
You may use third-party signal services and research as inputs to your analysis. You may not run automation that implements another person's signals directly, or that mirrors another User's views without independent analysis on your part.
4.3 Shared automation across accounts
Operating the same automation across multiple Wield accounts — yours and others' — falls under coordinated activity and is prohibited under Section 3.2.
5. Payment conduct
The Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact Wield at grievance@wieldhq.com. Wield commits to investigating and responding within 7 calendar days. Note that USDT-TRC20 transfers are operationally irreversible — there is no card-network dispute mechanism for crypto payments — so all refund flows go through Wield directly under the Refund Policy.
What is a breach of these Terms is genuine payment fraud — for example, payment from a wallet you do not control, or systematic refund requests for Platform Access that was correctly delivered and used as part of a scheme to obtain the Service without paying.
6. Sanctions and verification
6.1 You must not be subject to sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control, the European Union, the United Nations, the Republic of Lithuania, or India. The Terms & Conditions set out the full eligibility criteria.
6.2 Cooperate with verification requests
Where Wield requests information to verify your eligibility or identity, provide it within a reasonable time. Wield will keep these requests proportionate.
6.3 Notify Wield of material status changes
If you become subject to sanctions, become the subject of a regulatory or law-enforcement investigation related to financial crime, or otherwise become ineligible to use the Service under the Terms & Conditions, notify Wield at legal@wieldhq.com.
7. Conduct in Wield channels
Wield-operated community spaces, including Wield's public and private channels, have additional conduct rules:
- Treat other Users and Wield personnel with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and personal attacks are not permitted.
- Do not advertise or solicit other Users for competing commercial services.
- Do not promote fraudulent products, pump-and-dump schemes, unverified signals services, or other content that could harm other Users.
- Do not share other Users' personal information without their consent.
- Do not impersonate Wield personnel or other Users.
Wield moderates these spaces and may remove messages, mute participants, or remove participants for breach of these rules. For repeated or serious breaches, Wield may also suspend or terminate Service access under Section 9.
8. Platform security and intellectual property
8.1 Do not attempt unauthorised access
Do not attempt to access the Platform, other Users' accounts, Wield's systems, or any non-public area of the Service without authorisation.
8.2 Do not probe for vulnerabilities — report them instead
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@wieldhq.com. Wield will respond, acknowledge the report, work with you on disclosure timing, and credit you appropriately if you wish. Responsible disclosure is welcomed; unauthorised exploitation is not.
8.3 No scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution
Do not scrape the Platform, reverse-engineer Wield's proprietary engine, or redistribute Wield's content or software without prior written consent. This rule is in addition to the intellectual property provisions in Section 11 of the Terms & Conditions.
8.4 No malicious code
Do not introduce malware, spyware, or other malicious code through the Service or in Wield channels.
9. Consequences of breach
Wield's response to a breach is proportional to the nature and seriousness of the conduct.
9.1 Minor or first-time issues
For minor or first-time issues — such as a single message in a channel that violates Section 7, or a minor compliance question — Wield will contact you, explain the concern, and give you an opportunity to correct course.
9.2 Material breaches
For material breaches — such as Section 2 (account integrity), Section 3 (Platform conduct), Section 5 (payment fraud), or repeated minor breaches after notice — Wield may suspend your access to the Service pending investigation. During suspension, your access to the Platform is paused. If the investigation concludes the conduct was a breach, your Platform Access may be forfeited and your access terminated. If it concludes no breach occurred, suspension is lifted with no impact on your Platform Access.
9.3 Serious or repeated breaches
For serious or repeated breaches — such as coordinated multi-account abuse, fraudulent identity, sanctions violations, or repeat material breaches after warning — Wield will terminate your access. Any active Platform Access is forfeited. Wield may also report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
9.4 What happens to your data on termination
The retention and rights provisions in the Privacy Policy apply.
10. Reporting concerns
If you have a concern about another User's conduct, a safety issue, or a violation of this AUP, please report it to grievance@wieldhq.com. Wield will treat reports confidentially and will not disclose your identity to the reported User without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
