This is the point-of-sale disclosure presented to, and accepted by, customers who purchase Platform Access during the pre-launch period — before the Wield Platform is operationally available. Acceptance is recorded with timestamp and document version, in the same way as the Terms & Conditions. This disclosure forms part of the customer's agreement with Wield for the pre-launch purchase only, and is retired automatically once the Platform Launch Date passes.
What you are buying right now
You are purchasing Platform Access under the Wield Terms & Conditions, but before the Wield Platform is operationally available. This is a pre-sale purchase. The Platform is targeted to become operationally available between July 10 and July 15, 2026 (the Platform Launch Date). Wield's commercial estimate of the launch date is given in good faith but is not a guarantee.
Until the Platform Launch Date, you will not be able to use the Platform. You will receive access automatically when the Platform launches, at the tier and on the specifications you purchased.
If you do not want to purchase before the Platform is operationally available, do not complete this purchase. Wait until launch and purchase under the standing Refund Policy then.
Your refundability rights for this pre-sale purchase
The standing Refund Policy applies to your pre-sale purchase, with the following additional protections that are specific to the pre-sale period:
1. Full refund any time before launch. You may obtain a full refund of your Access Fee at any time up to the Platform Launch Date, by emailing grievance@wieldhq.com from the address on your purchase. No reason is required, and the 7-day money-back limit in the standing Refund Policy does not apply to your pre-sale purchase before launch.
2. Funds held in reserve. Wield commits to holding the Access Fees of pre-launch purchasers in a segregated operational reserve until the Platform launches. These funds are not deployed for general operations during the pre-launch period and remain available to refund pre-launch purchasers in full.
3. If launch does not happen. If Wield fails to launch the Platform by October 15, 2026 (the Platform Launch Date plus 90 calendar days), you may obtain a full refund of your Access Fee on demand, and Wield will affirmatively contact all pre-launch purchasers to offer refunds.
4. After launch. Once the Platform launches and you have access, the standing Refund Policy takes over. The first-purchase 7-day money-back guarantee under the standing Refund Policy is not consumed by your pre-launch purchase — it remains available to you, counted from the Platform Launch Date.
Pre-Launch Purchaser benefits
In recognition of purchasing before the Platform is operationally available, pre-launch purchasers receive the following benefits in addition to the Platform Access purchased:
Re-entry within 90 days. If you breach a terminating rule of the Platform within your first 90 days of access after launch, you may re-enter the Platform at the same tier once, at no additional cost. The standing Refund Policy continues to apply; this benefit replaces, for pre-launch purchasers, any standing re-entry arrangement applicable to post-launch purchasers.
Cohort channel access. Pre-launch purchasers receive access to a private community channel through the Platform Launch Date and for 30 days thereafter, in which Wield personnel respond to operational questions and provide platform updates.
These benefits are real contractual commitments to pre-launch purchasers. Wield may modify them prospectively only where a material change in applicable law or regulation makes delivery impracticable or unlawful, or where Wield reasonably determines a specific purchaser has materially abused them. In either case, Wield will provide at least 30 calendar days' written notice and a clear explanation.
Risk-free decision
The combined effect of points 1–3 above is that you may decide, at any time before the Platform Launch Date, that the pre-sale purchase is no longer right for you, and obtain a full refund. The pre-launch commitment is risk-free in that sense.
What this disclosure does not change
This disclosure supplements your agreement with Wield. It does not change:
- The Wield Terms & Conditions, which continue to govern your Platform Access generally
- The Wield Privacy Policy, which continues to govern how Wield processes your personal data
- The Wield Acceptable Use Policy, which continues to govern your conduct
- Your rights under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which are preserved in full
In the event of any conflict between this disclosure and the documents above, this disclosure prevails for matters expressly addressed here, and only for the pre-launch period.

Acceptance is recorded by tapping or clicking "I understand and accept" before payment. Wield records the timestamp and the version of this disclosure in effect at the time. This disclosure has the same legal effect as a signed document.
If you do not accept this disclosure, your pre-sale purchase will not be processed.
